Nintendo's F-zero series always offers something unique and stands out from the rest of their titles, while offering something entirely new with each release. Glad to see a sequel for this series. I wonder how it will differ from the previous entries. I'd actually like to see it completely revamped and go in a bold new direction. Thanks for this preliminary news Laoldar.

May I add on that the majority of news related directly to Nintendo titles (not 3rd party) is probably going either have to be leaked by someone or have to wait to be seen/read until next week because of embargo on the media.
A new F-Zero game would probably be Nintendo's offering for racing to the more hardcore gamers as Mario Kart Wii is definitely being marketed more so to the more casual crowd.

Just a reminder that Nintendo is holding a media summit over the next couple days, so lots of goods news should be flowing soon.
F-Zero Z just appeared, though right now the only info is translated from a foreign site so I'm waiting for confirmed info before listing. Rumoured to have 32 player online (up to 4 from each console), 5 control options (including the Wii Wheel, somehow), track builder and weapons.
Also, Elebits sequel is coming.

Article: EA scraps Battlefield: Gold Ed PDLCEA today confirmed for GameSpot that it has scrapped plans to charge extra for the weapons included in the Gold Edition of the game. Instead, those who purchase the Gold Edition will receive the weapons out of the box, while all others will gain access to the weapons by ranking up their online personas to the maximum level.

In the e-mail I got from support, the loss of upbid is because some member are doing indescriminate upbid (upbid everything in a page), and this indescriminate upbid are also rolled back (not just indescriminate downbid are rolled back).
I will let KoC explain it himself to you all, so that it is official, but I am posting this info so you can have an un-official answer to your "burgeoning question".
Deftangel, you are lucky that this upbid rollback didn't happen yesterday, since it will delay your 3 Million DKP bonus :).

ive lost 7 downbids and about 30 upbids so i think both have been rolled back, for some reason be it intentional or a bug.
