Out of those list you mentioned, I think only Uncharted 2 are going to sell well, but none of them (including U2) are going to be H/W seller, just like MW2 are not going to be H/W seller.
The most significant factor for holiday is price cut, the combined games available on PS3 (not just new game).

With the huge number of 3rd party releases, including MW 2 during late Fall maybe it is a good idea.

I agree that price and combined games available is most significant. I am just pointing out 1st party exclusives near November.
God of War in Nov for the hardcore fans.
Demon's Souls is another for the hardcore although it isn't 1st party it is exlusive.
Uncharted of course for both hardcore and everyone else.
Ratchet for the younger and family crowd.
They could've delayed Killzone 2 or Infamous to this holiday, but fans lucked out by getting them throughout the year.
