Title is actually, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.

Unlike the MGS:PO expansion pack, this is expected to be a full sequel with a new storyline tied to events of the Metal Gear franchise. Confirmed for release on May 30, 2009, by SCEA Director of Hardware John Koller. GamesPress is listing the Konami title for a 2010 release

As for the story, Peace Walker is set ten years after the events in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and is considered a true sequel. The first-look trailer was narrated by what we think is the Colonel doing voice work over footage of nuclear launch missiles.. The setting is 1974, an unknown power overtakes Costa Rica. Big Boss (or Naked Snake) is seen infiltrating a base with a bunch of other clones. The trailer closed out with the a flying Metal Gear battle. Oh yeah, you'll also be able to hide in boxes.

Kojima said he is deeply involved with this new game, writing the script and overseeing the production. He reiterated this is not a side-story or spin-off.

Translation: Kojima says MGS Peacewalker is a 'MGS5 class game'. He's the director and producer, and MGS4 team is working on it.
